Since 1993 Anne has been self employed. She now focuses her expertise on developing new food related concepts and products from the initial idea through to the launch stage. She designed and implemented the menu at Urban Fare, the first gourmet grocery store in Canada to boast a liquor license!

Anne’s consulting services include:
  • Hands on training of management for new product launches
  • Analysis of your company’s current food preparation practices for greater efficiencies
  • Evaluation, quality assessment of current menu offerings and suggestions for new and/or improved menu items
  • Partnering with key suppliers to produce proprietary items exclusively for your company
  • Sourcing ingredients for food and beverage service; securing contracts at competitive rates
  • Working co-operatively with suppliers and manufacturers to develop signature food and beverage offerings
