Anne is a certified instructor of FOODSAFE, Level 1 and 2. Her specialty in this area is tailoring the FOODSAFE program to reflect your company’s specific operational issues. She has recently completed a customized corporate FOODSAFE program for Joeys and for Araxi Restaurant in Whistler.

With a Bachelor of Education, she is well equipped for her teaching role. As a former high school English teacher, she has strong writing, training and communication skills.
